Inside the device, you will find instructions specific to your ArthroTrainer device. All ArthroTrainer cameras connect via a Wi-Fi network to the mobile device, iOS or Android and are linked to a specific application for each camera. Please read the camera connection instructions carefully.Â
In each exercise, the assembly of some of the practice modules on the working basis will be required. To assemble the different practice modules, simply screw the modules onto the base. It is important to apply the force from the base of the practice modules, and not on the top, since applying rotational force by applying the force on the small posts or the uppermost pieces can lead to their breakage. If it is necessary to use rings, elastics, cloths or other elements during practice, their assembly will be explained in each of the exercises, and must be done before positioning the ArthroTrainer dome.
The ArthroTrainer cup has multiple holes to allow the user to simulate different triangulation scenarios. In each exercise, the vision and working portals are specified, but these allow a certain freedom, so that the surgeon can select a range of different orifices, always respecting the arrangement defined in the exercise. Once the work modules are assembled, the dome is positioned and secured using the two threaded side plugs. If there is still some movement, a third posterior plug can be placed, but it is not necessary. The dome has a top slot that allows you to position the table or mobile device for correct viewing during exercise.
The ArthroTrainer work base has three threads in its central part on which the different modules for each exercise are mounted. At the bottom, it has suction cups to allow it to be attached to the table on which the exercises are performed. Finally, it has three threads on the right, left and upper side, to screw in the fixing plugs of the ArthroTrainer dome.
