In this exercise, you will already have to handle yourself in both directions of space, since the posts are at different levels in the antero-posterior plane.
It is essential that you have a good plan of how to grab the ring to be able to pass it through the hoop, and in the same way as in the previous exercise, you can choose the height of the camera (closer to the table or more to the sky), but you cannot change the front orientation with respect to the work plane.
In this exercise the objective is:
- Place a ring on each post (in total 3 rings, on three different posts)
- You have 30 seconds to complete the exercise.
- The approximate number of repetitions for this exercise is 24.11 (SD 24.23 IC95% 11.65 – 36.57)
You must be careful with this exercise: it is more complex than it seems! In this exercise it is no longer about passing the ring in a linear space, but rather you begin to work in depth so it is quite difficult for you. It's normal, don't worry. It is the first exercise in which you begin to need to "stop" between attempts, and it should be so.
Remember that you must do it first using the clamp with the dominant hand (2A) and then with the non-dominant hand (2B).
